WESTCHESTER TRADING CLUB

Privacy notice

Last updated September 3, 2026.

What the interest form collects

We collect the name, email address, trading hours and equipment preferences, consent, and any optional message you submit. We also record campaign labels from the link you followed, your landing page, and the referring website’s domain to understand how people find the club. Please don’t include brokerage credentials, account numbers, financial statements, or other sensitive account information.

How we use your information

We use your details to understand interest in the planned club, help choose a location and desk options, answer your questions, and send the club updates you requested. Joining the list does not reserve a desk or create a paid membership.

Website services

This website is hosted by Netlify, which also processes and stores form submissions. Hosting and spam-prevention services may process technical information such as your IP address and request data. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the requests needed to deliver those fonts. We use Google Analytics to measure page visits, form starts, and successful interest-form submissions. Analytics uses cookies and device and browser information to report on traffic and engagement. We do not send your name, email address, or message to Google Analytics. Google advertising personalization is disabled in our tracking configuration. Read how Google uses data from sites that use its services.

Your choices

You can turn off Google Analytics for this browser. The interest form will continue to work. We also honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals for analytics.

You can ask to stop receiving updates, correct your details, or delete your interest-list information. Email DTraderny@gmail.com, reply to a club email, or submit a request using the optional message field in the interest form. If you use that form for a privacy request, we will treat it as a request about your information rather than a new marketing signup. We may need to verify the request comes from you.

Updates to this notice

If the club’s services or use of personal information change, we’ll update this notice. Review it before submitting new information.
